All of NCL's Mini-Suites are now also known as Club Balcony Suites. The new category will be rolled out through the year. The first will be on NCL's Encore starting August 30, 2020.
It will include:
1 laundry bag or pressing per sailing
Ability to prebook dining and entertainment at 125 days prior to sailing
Delivery of a food and beverage amenity twice per sailing
1 bottle of sparkling wine
Starting on departures September 12, 2020, additional Haven Staterooms and Suites will be available on Norwegian Joy. With these changes, The Concierge Class of staterooms has been upgraded to the below categories. Booking platforms have been updated for sailings beginning September 19, 2020.
Penthouse Suite with Balcony (HI)
Haven Suite with Balcony (HJ)
Penthouse Suite with Balcony (SC)
Family Suite (SP)
Clients previously booked in these categories will now receive the benefits of the new category.
